My name is Jordan Gant, and I built GantGrit out of my own struggles.
Growing up with autism, I was told from an early age that I would never be able to live independently, that life would always be harder for me, and that I’d need constant support. On top of that, school wasn’t easy — I faced bullying, constant doubt, and years of isolation. Most of my childhood and teenage years were spent without close friends, feeling like I was on the outside looking in.
That kind of loneliness can break people. For me, it lit a fire. I had to decide: either accept the limits others placed on me, or carve out my own path. I chose to fight back — with discipline, self-belief, and relentless work.
It wasn’t overnight. Every day was a battle: learning to push through self-doubt, proving I could succeed in school and life, proving I could live on my own, proving I could be more than the labels given to me. I built grit the hard way, step by step. And in doing so, I discovered something life-changing: mental toughness isn’t just about pushing through workouts or challenges — it’s about creating a mindset that allows you to rise above anything life throws at you.
Today, I’ve transformed that journey into GantGrit — a program built to give you the same tools and mindset that helped me rise above doubt, bullying, loneliness, and fear. My mission is simple: to show you that no matter your starting point, you have the power to grow, to change, and to become stronger than you ever believed possible.
I know firsthand what it means to fight through self-doubt, bullying, and being underestimated. Those early battles forced me to build resilience not only in my body, but in my mind. Over time, I developed systems of discipline and accountability that transformed my life.
